RV Signal Max as a division of WIFI SIGNAL KING respects your privacy. All information you enter on the secure PAYPAL servers are for the internal use of WIFI SIGNAL KING as the parent of RV Signal Max and PAYPAL. PAYPAL privacy statment is available ONLINE at WWW.PAYPAL.COM.

ORDER CHANGES or CANCELLATIONS
Please contact sales@wifisignalmax via email of any changes or cancellations as soon as possible. We will do our best to implement the said changes to your order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations to orders once the order has been submitted. If the order has been processed/shipped, please request a RMA via email, sales@wifisignalking.com. Upon receipt of the RMA number, please return the unopened order or part of the order to our sales address listed on the "contact us" pages.

By visiting RV Signal Max you agree that the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and WIFI SIGNAL KING the parent of RV Signal Max or its affiliates. It is agreed that soul jurisdiction for any disputes or legal actions between WIFI SIGNAL KING as the parent of RV Signal Max and any other party does reside with the court system in Pinellas County, in the State of Florida.

SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY
Please review our other policies. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, prices, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition. We reserve the right to deny any sale at our sole discretion.

WARRANTIES/ RETURNS / RMA POLICY
WIFI SIGNAL KING warranties all products to be free of material or workmanship defects for the stated warranty period from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover any damage incurred from misuse, acts of God and/or while shipping. During this warranty period, WIFI SIGNAL KING as the parent of RV Signal Max will repair and/or replace the any product. WIFI SIGNAL King as the parent of RV Signal Max will replace any product which arrives DOA (dead on arrive) free of charge for a period of 10 days after the date of shipment. After the 10 day period, all products will be deemed good and in good working condition.

All returns whether DOA or other, require a RMA number. Please contact our sales department via email with your request. Non-DOA RETURNS will be accepted for money back up to 14 days after the date of shipment. All non DOA returns must be received in perfect resale condition. Return packages (non DOA) must be sent pre-paid shipping, COD packages will not be accepted. Shipping costs are excluded from any refund of purchase No custom cables or special order products are returnable for refund.
